Since 2005 I have been drafting and designing homes for builders in Colorado, Wyoming, and Arizona.  Very familiar with the numerous aspects of residential design and home building procedures and I have completed plans for more than 80 homes; from tiny to large custom homes, remodels and additions.

Currently,  I use Chief Architect software which gives me the ability to generate real-time 3D images and video while I design. This software allows me to show my clients their design as it evolves and gives them clarity on how space evolves to its final state. 

I've been drawing homes, additions, and remodeling and have worked in home construction, so I understand everything that I draw.
